All orders are binding upon the factory only after acceptance by factory.

The pricing provided includes a one color, one location marking. (Unless otherwise noted). See item description for detail.

ARTWORK:

Please provide the best quality artwork. PC formatted disks will be accepted as long as client provides a hard copy of the artwork. Acceptable formats are listed in FAQ. Click here to see acceptable formats.

SAMPLES:

Non-printed sample can be provided on a prepaid basis only and are subject to a shipping and possible handling charge. IMPRINTED samples can only be provided after an order has been placed and are subject to additional charges. (See FAQ Spec Sample or Pre-production sample).

ARTWORK MUST BE CAMERA-READY:

We will not be liable for any client alterations made after artwork has already been received.

PRODUCTION TIME:

See FAQ section production time and rush production time. FOB: Los Angeles, CA. FREIGHT CHARGES are estimated for ground shipments to be about 5% to 10% of total cost of order. Depends on weight and distance from Los Angeles, California.

By placing an order with factory and/or one of its suppliers/distributors, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless factory and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to and actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other propriety right of such merchandise. The provisions will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
